WORK LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR

WORK STYLE DESIGNATION: Hybrid (+50% Onsite)

WORK STYLE REQUIREMENT: Onsite – 80%/Remote – 20%

EXPECTED PAY RANGE (Level 1-3): $80,075.00 - $110,102.00

This pay range is for the position's base salary only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Representative I, Key Account Technology will work closely with the Key Account Technology Managers and HTA customers. The position will be responsible for key support duties, providing key technical support functions and will be the key communicator between external customers and HTA Key Account Management team. The Representative I, Key Account Technology will be the liaison between customers, factory and division groups to ensure customer requests and priorities are met. General supporting function includes but not limited to: providing technical clarification of customer requests to the factory, communicating factory responses directly to the customer, interacting with internal organization to support customer requests and ensure a successful business relationship.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily activities will include a wide range of tasks i.e. meeting with customers and communicating technical and internal activities. This role will also be responsible for capturing meeting minutes for both internal and external meetings and to ensure clear communication to the factory.

  • Assist in the development of presentation materials and technical information to communicate both emerging HTA technologies, and technical issues for customer meetings.

  • Assist Senior Manager with ongoing projects to track tasks completion and ensure schedules are being met.

  • At the discretion of the Senior Manager, the Representative I, Key Account Technology may be required to represent the Account Team in customer and internal meetings.

  • Extract data from customer sources (Sharepoint, SFTP, tool) and move to Hitachi site. Load new data into our databases and dashboards; set milestones for archiving old data and automate archival process.

  • Transform data into a useable format for Hitachi Analysis. Initial projects include MA Database maintenance, transformation of tool status and error code data, and SS Database creation.

  • Visualization of data and automated report generation using transformed data sets. Incoming candidate already working in engineering groups with Hitachi would also be part of analysis of reports after generation.

  • Governance of data sets including but not limited to setting naming conventions, archiving methodology, and storage systems. Focus on sustainability of systems making automations robust against system updates, easy to use so that others can support process.

  • Experience with analytics programs like Spotfire, Power BI, or Alteryx appreciated. If no experience with these programs or others like them have an openness to learning.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should have as a minimum a four-year technical degree with emphasis on electronics or electromechanical devices.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment etch technology. Experience can substitute for educational requirements.

  • Should possess a general understanding of etch process theory.

  • Ability to travel (up to 20%) required to attend face to face meetings at any of the customer locations, and periodic travel to the factory and Tokyo to interface with HHT personnel.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess strong technical and administrative skills.

  • Ability to interface with factory, Process Engineers, Key Account Managers and customers.

  • Ability to transcribe customer’s technical requirements from meetings/interactions with customers and present them to the HTA team.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with Japanese personnel in both the factory and Tokyo sales group.

  • Must possess strong communication skills (oral and written) and good interpersonal skills.

  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
